UBolt-Cote® Pipe Supports
UBolt-Cote® provides corrosion resistance and cathodic protection. All sizes are available. Galvanized long tangent UBolts ranging in sizes through 20″ are readily available. Larger sizes and other types of coating such as zinc, cadmium, stainless, Xylan (PTFE) are also available.
A Variety of Uses
Crevice corrosion can occur between uncoated UBolts and pipes due to metal contact. This corrosion and pitting can eventually develop into pinhole leaks. Metal contact can be completely eliminated by utilizing APS UBolt-Cote® and Atlas Pipe Support® Pads. UBolt-Cote® is excellent for use on plastic, FRP, or glass-lined pipe for shock absorption.

Eliminate Corrosion & Reduce Vibrations
The UBolt-Cote® is a seamless, vulcanized, polyolefin material that can be applied to all types of UBolts. It is excellent for eliminating corrosion problems on pipes in refineries, chemical plants, paper mills, offshore platforms, rigs, and the shipping industry. The UBolt-Cote® also helps to reduce vibration and noise levels.
Atlas Pipe Support® Pads
Atlas Pipe Support® pads eliminate crevice corrosion with minimal contact between pad and pipe. These pads contain a UV additive to resist the harmful, degrading effects of sunlight. Atlas Pipe Support® pads paired with UBolt-Cote® make an efficient corrosion protection system. Atlas Pipe Support® Pads are available in a half round 180° pad or a full round 360° pad.
The Perfect Match
Available in the Atlas 180® half-round pipe support and the Atlas 360® full-round pipe support. Used with UBolt-Cote® as the standard in UBolt and pipe corrosion protection.

Featuring a half-moon shape design, the rounded support pad minimizes contact with the pipe while fitting securely with the UBolt-Cote®. Take no chances with crevice corrosion, pitting or pinhole leaks with the UBolt-Cote® & Atlas 180® Pipe Support System.
Atlas 360® Pipe Support Pad
Used in conjunction with UBolt-Cote® Pipe Supports , the Atlas 360® provides the ultimate in pipe support solution with zero water absorption and a UV additive to resist the harmful, degrading effects of sunlight. Featuring a circular design, the rounded support pad minimizes contact with the pipe and support beam while fitting securely with the UBolt-Cote®.
