Modular Mechanical Seals
APS offers a faster pipe sealing method than your everyday caulk, grout, or mastic with USA manufactured Innerlynx® Modular Mechanical Seals. Innerlynx® are used in a systematic approach for installers to easily seal the annular space between the carrier pipe and the ID of a wall penetration.
Innerlynx® are also designed to absorb vibrations, shocks and sound waves and act as a sound dampener while electrically isolating the carrier pipe from the penetrated structure.
Innerlynx® are made from synthetic rubber with industrial strength U.S. manufactured pressure plates and are available in more sizes than offered by any other U.S. manufacturer. APS offers 21 different sizes for all pipe diameters ranging from 1/2″ to 144″ and form a hydrostatic seal up to 40 psig and up to 92.28 feet of head pressure. Innerlynx® are available in five different types for various applications.

Wall Sleeves
Advance Products & Systems offers a variety of wall sleeves: Gal-vo-plast® coated steel, HDPE lightweight Infinity® wall sleeves, External Mount Split Wall Sleeves, and other materials. APS Wall Sleeves are designed to mate with Innerlynx® seals for leak free performance. Each model is available with our water stop that anchors the sleeve to prevent thrust movement and ensure positive water sealing.
Innerlynx® Test Ports
APS manufactures a patent pending pressure monitoring port that is integrated into the Innerlynx® Modular Mechanical Seal assembly. This test port will not jeopardize the integrity of the sealing capability, unlike other testing methods. APS Test Ports are used to test or monitor the operating pressure of an Innerlynx® application. APS only supplies the test port.
