Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotes and customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience with quoting and order entry is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent mathematical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to handle a high volume of calls and digital inquiries
- Knowledge of customer service practices and familiarity with pipes, valves, fittings, pipeline systems, water/wastewater, or oil & gas industries is a plus
- Proven work history demonstrating reliability and long-term employment
